Late fee: 5% after 15-day grace period + 7 additional days
Disconnection: May occur after 22 days from bill date if unpaid (subject to PUCT rules for medical/seasonal protections)

0% renewable energy content (standard grid mix)
Profit & Donation Policy
Roshan Energy is a nonprofit electric cooperative. After paying minimal operating expenses, 100% of net profits are donated to the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) to support global humanitarian work. No profits are distributed to members, directors, or officers.
