We are proud to offer reliable, affordable retail electricity at rates **10% below prevailing market prices**, delivered through the established networks of Oncor, CenterPoint, AEP Texas North, AEP Texas Central, and Texas-New Mexico Power in the Dallas and Houston areas.

As a nonprofit cooperative organized under Texas Utilities Code Chapter 161, every decision we make is guided by one clear purpose: to benefit our members and support meaningful causes. After covering minimal operating expenses, **100% of net profits** are donated to the Aga Khan Foundation to help improve lives worldwide.

Our commitment extends beyond savings:
