- Secure online bill viewing and payment (ACH preferred for zero fees; card payments with a nominal processing charge)
- 1-month deposit required (earns interest credited to your bill)
- Friendly, AI-assisted customer support with quick response times
Our residential plans help families save money while contributing to community benefit through job creation and AKF donations.
2. Business Service
Tailored for Ismaili-owned businesses of all sizes, from small shops to larger enterprises.
Key Features:
- Competitive rates 10% below market (approximately 13.5¢/kWh)
- High-usage plans with predictable billing
- Dedicated support for commercial needs
- Flexible payment terms (15-day due date, ACH or check preferred)
- 1-month deposit required (with interest credited)
- Option for business owners to participate in community job creation initiatives
- Transparent quarterly audits shared with members
Business members benefit from cost savings while supporting a cooperative model that reinvests profits into humanitarian causes via the Aga Khan Foundation.
Important Note:
Roshan Energy serves **only registered Ismaili community members** (verified by address and affiliation). Service is provided through existing TDSP infrastructure — no new lines or exclusive territory claimed.
