Roshan Energy LLC – Electricity Terms of Service (Residential & Business)

1. Agreement This Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is between you (“Customer”) and Roshan Energy LLC (“Roshan Energy” or “we”), a Texas retail electric provider. By enrolling, receiving electricity, or paying your bill, you agree to these terms. This Agreement applies to both residential and business customers.
2. Service We supply electricity to the service address listed on your enrollment. Service is subject to availability, your Transmission and Distribution Utility (TDSP), ERCOT rules, and Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) regulations.
3. Pricing & Charges
Your energy rate is fixed at [X.XXXX] ¢ per kWh (see your Update Price).
Base charge and all other charges (TDSP fees, taxes, ERCOT charges, etc.) are passed through at cost — if ERCOT or the TDSP charges us, we pass it to you at the same rate (no markup).
No early termination fee if you notify us at least 1 month in advance before switching or moving.
Payment methods:
ACH (bank draft): Free
Credit/debit card: 3% convenience fee (charged by the payment processor)
4. Billing & Payment
Bills are issued monthly based on meter reads from your TDSP.
Due date: 15 days from bill date.
Late payment: May be assessed if allowed by your plan.
You authorize us to bill your card or ACH on file if enrolled in autopay.
5. Deposit & Credit We may require a deposit based on credit history. Deposit is refunded after 12 months of on-time payments (or earlier if credit improves).
6. Disconnection We may disconnect service for non-payment after written notice and 10 days to pay. Reconnection fee: $25 (or TDSP fee if higher).
7. Moving / Termination Notify us at least 1 month in advance if moving or switching providers. We will coordinate final read and transfer.
8. Complaints & Disputes

If we cannot resolve your issue within 2–3 weeks, you may contact our Board Members (listed on roshanenergy.com).

9. Force Majeure We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, or delays caused by your TDSP, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control.
10. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by Texas law and PUCT rules.
11. Entire Agreement This is the full agreement between us. No oral promises apply.

Important Notes:
No PUCT certificate number — removed it (as you said they dismissed docket #58844 and you’re doing your own).
ACH free, card 3% — kept exactly as you said.
Yes, it is legal and common in Texas to charge a convenience fee for credit/debit card payments (most REPs do this). You can keep it as “3% convenience fee” — no need to say “nominal charge” unless you want to be more vague.
No early termination fee — added your 1-month advance notice condition.
